One Day at a Time...

I discovered last night that Logan is cutting TWO molars : ( At his 15 month check up, the doctor said that he was cutting all 4 and that they might come in before the other two front teeth. (He only has 2 bottom teeth right now and 4 on the top.) Last week I felt a tooth coming through on one side, and now there are 2 poking through! Poor little guy!

Shane has also been gone for over a week now in Beaumont, TX. He got the call to go last Monday 9/29 and will not be coming home until 10/22. We've been hanging in there though! It's definitely a lot harder to parent on your own, but I'm really lucky to have made wonderful friends here. But, Logan has been acting so strange. I think a lot of it is his molars, but I also think that he misses his Daddy. Last night he started getting sleepy so I put him down for a nap around 5:30pm. He slept all night! He didn't even have dinner. This is super odd for him because he usually is very scheduled. Naps are within 30 mins of the same time every day and he goes to bed around 7:30 or 8 every night. This happens regardless of where we are. If we're in the car and it's naptime, he's asleep at the same time. He's so funny! (hmmm...I wonder where he gets that??)

Logan and I are loading up the dogs and heading to TX tomorrow for a week. I'm looking forward to having some extra feet to chase Logan around! It will be so great to catch up with everyone and have some down time. Well, I'd better get busy. We have our normal playgroup today at noon and then I have a big meeting at the Childrens Hospital tonight to get ready for. Not to mention packing us all to leave tomorrow!!!
