A Weekend with the Grandparents

We had a wonderful weekend with Shane's parents. They drove in on Thursday and spent several days with us. Logan sooo enjoyed getting to see them! They also brought some of his Christmas presents that we were not able to fit in the truck. So, he has been having so much fun playing with everything-especially his shopping cart and basketball goal. Friday morning Steve and Kathy kept Logan for a few hours so that I could run some errands. That was soooo nice! It's always great to be able to dart from store to store without a toddler with you. AND, I was able to cash in on the big sale at Kroger right now! We have had a quiet weekend but Shane and his Dad completed some projects around the house. They installed our new kitchen faucet (our old one was not working anymore,) replaced the brakes in Shane's truck, and are working on putting up a fence around our AC unit in the back yard. This is to prevent Booker from eating our AC wires. Apparently, this is his one weakness. We were so grateful for Steve's help on all of this! We had a great weekend and always love having company.
